As we phase back into the new normal, here is the new update on our salon policies:
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, or showing any symptoms of COVID 19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for your safety and that of the staff and other clients. A one time allowance of last minute cancellation/reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergencies. Please refer to the rescheduling and cancellation policy below.

ARRIVAL
Please make sure to come to your appointments on time with CLEAN + MAKEUP FREE lashes.
There is a $5 lash bath fee if your lashes are dirty.
The adhesive does not stick to dirty lashes and it takes time away from your appointment which means less lashing time for you.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, & NO SHOWS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.
If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
If you no-show your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee no exceptions will be made.
P.S: When you book an appointment you will be emailed a CC Authorization form. You must fill this out before your appointment or you will be required to fill it out upon arrival.

FOREIGN FILLS
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed.
There is an up charge of $10 for foreign fills.

REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for ANY reason on services or products.
If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns.
It will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.
Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
